both account type charged us a lot with diferent way . nothing changed . when i place stoploss it hit more than i risk

easy to use platform only complaint is I feel as if im being traded against

Awesome
Great, but they should be more precise when placing an order. They place the order even though the price was not hit and sometime when the candle is just above the stoploss they close is right away...

My experience has been wonderful as the charts and tools are user friendly. Also, they provide free courses for all users, which I believe is useful for novice traders to advanced. My experience with customer support was excellent as James answered questions and was able to provide me details on the different options on accounts that suits the markets that I prefer to trade.
