ETH: this could go lower in a hurry

While there is a distinct possibility ETH has bottomed we are tracking a count that would take us into the low 3Ks before this were to occur. Odds have been increasing that one more final flush is in the works and we remain on the sidelines until this current inflection point has resolved itself.
