Users should combine them as a complement to de/re-emphasise hypothesis or manage risk accordingly .

Note that state of RSI flags have nothing to do with the D7 or D7+ scoring strategies. These flags can be used as an extra criteria to reduce/add risk exposure in a position but it is always the user decision to take those o board or not since market mark up while the momentum on the RSI is in decline producing a divergence.
