It seems to be Dollar Index turned into Red Zone, but following points must be consider before reaching to the final decision.
Horizontal Line along with trend line has turned to be a support line for Dollar Index which seems to be strong Region at point 97.06.
Resistance could be at 97.88 which is also 0.618 correction.
