DXY Bullish Set-up

When I think of Bitcoin, something comes to mind and says mining, and it is not the actual mining that retailers do, perhaps it's my attention to "smart money". And this idea I see it happening here, it looks to go down but for how long? That question tells me to catch the winds that will sail north, if they will come.
