The dollar index is in a peculiar situation. On the one hand it has broken out of down channel in weekly TF and seems to be forming a H&S pattern. It has also broken out of Kumo in this time frame although the breakout has not been fully confirmed as of yet.
On the other hand it has been rejected for weeks by the yearly pivot and is heading to break out of daily up channel.
On the whole I believe the down scenario is more sound for now.
