Most of the traders open their trades after channel breakout ( Contrary to the direction of the channel ).
But today I'm gonna show you how to trade when price breaks in the direction of the channel !! This strategy is very rarely found but it works 100%.
Rules for trading with bullish channel :
1. We must have a bullish channel ( if you see, draw the channel lines ).
2. Wait until price breaks in direction of channel.
3. Price must create at least 2 higher high above the channel ( 3 is the best ).
4. You can place your sell position in pullback when price breaks one of our highs.
( You can see the rules in chart and also apposite of these rules work for bearish channel. )
Note: Our S/L is the highest high above channel.
