GBPUSD short trade

GBPUSD still side aways, and 1.3000 was strong resistance and 2019 higher high, from that perspective I can see an opportunity to break this sideways market.
I make 2 Scenarios from the same entry point :
Entry point: 1.2990
Stop loss: 1.3040
target profit
Scenario 1: TP at 1.2830
Scenario 2 if 1.28000 breaks we continue our TP to 1.27000
