EURUSD 22 DECEMBER 2020 (Short entry areas 15 min example)

FX:EURUSD   Euro / U.S. Dollar
In the crypto world you might have heard the term "bart" pattern. But all it is is distribution (Search Wyckoff distribution schematic).

Here is an example of multiple push through examples.

Look at the demand volume at support and how it diminishes allowing for a "mark-dowm" through a "path of least resistance" (All information that is in Master the Markets by Tom Williams).

The break-test-continuation into "no-demand" is also very common probably easier to see on a 5 min.

When and where should you Look for these distribution events to take place ?

FOR SHORTING:

-Confirm downtrend during trend analysis on 1 or 4 hour
-Confirm health of the trend: is it bullish or bearish based on the amount of demand coming in versus supply
-London and NY Session are the most active times of day
-Drop to 5 or 15 for range analysis
-Common re-distribution target areas:

Above center-line on RSI
Above VWAP
Above Cloud
At previous resistance
At previous support turn resistance (no-demand pattern)

Principles-

Avoid buying into weakness/supply/resistance
Avoid selling into strength/demand/support
Avoid entry when price is in middle of a range (phase B)

When you set a target and wait for price to get there (proactive/decreased risk)
When you enter a trade when its already on its way to a target (reactive/increased risk)
