[Observation] "Not QE" is working

TVC:DXY   U.S. Dollar Index
The dollar is finally showing weakness by breaking a significant trendline and moving below the 50ma.

Does that mean the Fed's "Not QE" is successful?

Does this take the dollar milkshake melt up theory off the table?

Will emerging markets recover and catch a bid?

Gold is up today while the Dollar is down. Will Gold start pricing in inflation instead of deflation?

I bought a very small amount of Sberbank SBRCY in case the dollar is ready to put in a sustained decline. Nice dividend paying largest bank in Russia, that is 50% state owned. I can hold it long term just for the dividends.
