Seeing as we had an impulsive wave up, we are now looking for retracement towards the 0.618 or 0.5 area. With DXY gaining strength and currently at strong support this is a high possibility with also the help of a H&S pattern forming on the eur/usd pair. To be clear we are targeting the .5 and .618 area where there is also longterm support to be seen. We have a stop place above 1.14 with a 2R risk/reward entry below the 50 day EMA. i forgot to mention the .786 are aso had a good bit of midterm support which can be a great possibility but looking at OI is the key here and checking NET positions open after hitting first targets!
