Hello Traders. This is my take on this pair. We have seen a strong bearish move on the EUR/USD from the beginning of the year 2020 however, we have come to test the 4 months lows which is the current price at 1.08873. As we all know that there is no market that moves in a straight line continuously and we also have a spinning top on the daily chart so this might signal bears exhaustion, so we might have a push to the upside to retest the broken S/R zone in the days to come.
There after, it will be very interesting to see what happens to this pair should it come back to retest these lows at 1.08873. Should it happen that we get a breakout, then the next stop should technically be the 2017 lows which we also had a never filled up gap.
