Total Alt Coin Market Cap (without $BTC)

I am starting to wonder if this pattern will repeat itself and we will see a further decline in Alts prices. Alternatively, if the price action creates a higher high, that would be a confirmation of the uptrend and Alts would continue higher. Critical time and as always..... $BTC is king......
