I believe USOIL price will start to go up in a Buy on the daily chart today and trend up throughout the week. Price is around $18.44 and should trend upwards to around $30 by the end of the week April 24, 2020. Current price just recently broke support and based on opening price today, I believe it will start to reverse and become very Bullish this week.
