Combining Art with Science a new way to enhance moving averages is by extending portions of them with trend lines fitted to mostly straight areas of moving averages that normally curve and oscillate with price movements. Not only extending just one straight line but cloning the original line and then finding another anchor point at a nearby H or L price point or another mvg avg often gives a new turning point and trade opportunity!

Comment:
Further pushing this concept could be the use of linear regression lines drawn on moving averages to extrapolate extended trendlines.
