The following offering circular (the Offering Circular) and pricing supplements (the Pricing Supplements) are available for viewing:

1.    Offering Circular dated 22 April 2024 in respect of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (the Issuer)'s Global Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme);

2.    Pricing Supplement in relation to the issue of U.S.$ 1,750,000,000 4.875 per cent. Notes due 2029 by the Issuer under the Programme;

3.    Pricing Supplement  in relation to the issue of U.S$1,500,000,000 5.000 per cent. Notes due 2034 by the Issuer under the Programme;

4.    Pricing Supplement  in relation to the issue of U.S.$1,750,000,000 5.500 per cent. Notes due 2054 by the Issuer under the Programme.
