Today, we’re thrilled to reveal new resources and educational material dedicated to helping our Basic plan users and those enjoying a trial period. You can find all of the following resources in our Help Center. Our Help Center makes it easy to learn about TradingView, our policies, and aid you in fixing issues you may be experiencing.
These resources are easily accessible and can be found on our Help Center’s main page under the tab titled, “Free user FAQs.”
The new resources include several topics ranging from payment methods to community outreach and support. Each topic is distributed into several existing categories in our Help Center and offers helpful Q&As while directing you to a variety of other resources on or connected to our site. If you’re a free user, these solutions will help you understand our platform and answer any pressing questions. If you’re a paid user, you can continue on to access support using your Pro, Pro+ or Premium plan. These expanded resources give a helpful guide to navigate our ever-growing community, and are especially useful for those who are new to our platform.
With a community of over 20 million monthly active users, our support team strives to aid all of our paid users with thoughtful and thorough assistance. Free users often fall through the cracks because a free account comes without access to our specialized agents. We felt strongly about providing more resources and materials for these users and therefore created these new solutions. We are hopeful that these new self-help resources will have free users feeling more equipped to not only navigate our platform, but our community, features, and tools as well.
