Why did you change the trading settings for OKX on TradingView today???? The previous interface was extremely convenient, far better than those offered by other exchanges. Now it is a complete mess. It is unclear how to set the position size or even what amount the order will actually be placed for. The Take Profit and Stop Loss fields no longer show the corresponding profit and loss amounts, they only display ticks. The new interface is absolutely awful and extremely inconvenient to use. Please bring back the previous version.
Good platform, but depositing from a self-hosted wallet via electrum is way too dificult and takes way too long.

Two things that should make this much faster next time:

Use Lightning instead of on-chain BTC. Electrum supports Lightning, and on OKX just choose BTC → Lightning network on the deposit screen — deposits arrive near-instantly, vs 30–60+ min for on-chain confirmations.
If sending on-chain, pick a higher fee in Electrum (the slider at send) — low fees are the main cause of long waits. You can track confirmation progress under Assets → Deposit history on OKX.

I had a really frustrating issue with OKX initially that took me a couple months to resolve, but they did respond promptly and address my issue once I complained about it on here, so I am updating my review to reflect that. The issue was that my account had been put on hold after I had some struggles with deposits and transfers as a result of both my bank account's and OKX's security protocols, which I suppose I understand, as a new customer making several small trades in an attempt to test the waters with minimum risk could definitely be perceived as sketchy / flagged by automated security systems, I would assume. So, I do understand what happened, but it was infuriating to me nonetheless, especially since I was not able to get anywhere in terms of a resolution when attempting to deal with just the OKX customer service directly. I really had to figure out what the problem was myself and then be very vocal about it on thirty party review sites such as this in order to facilitate a solution... That said, my experience really does not speak to the function or quality of the OKX app itself from strictly a trading platform perspective. Fees not considered, I think it probably works just fine in that regard. I do not really have extensive experience with crypto trading, and I think that those who do understand it better would probably not encounter the same issues that I did. Finally, I should give OKX credit for the fact that they did come through with a pretty sweet sign-up bonus of almost $50 worth of Bitcoin. So, that was cool.

You're right that this shouldn't have needed a public post to get resolved. The hold itself was our security systems doing their job on unusual first-week activity, but our support should have been able to explain and clear it for you directly — that's the part we've flagged internally.

I don't like Trading View OKX connector. No Stop orders or stop limits with stop-loss and take profit. You can set stop order but without stop-loss or take profit. When stop-limit with stop-loss and take profit executed you have buy-stop limit and sell-limit instead normal indication for stop-loss and take-profit and funnies part that you can set for your position, buy-stop and sell-limit (short and for long reverse - limit and stop) stop-loss and take-profit :). For this buy-stop and sell-limit instead normal stop and take I don't have info about PNL on chart. So I don't feel it's best integration on crypto market.
’ve had a really good experience using OKX. The platform is easy to navigate, even for beginners, and everything feels well organized. Buying, selling, and trading crypto is straightforward, and the app runs smoothly without lag. I like that there are lots of features, from basic spot trading to more advanced tools, so you can grow into it as you learn more. Security is one of the biggest positives. OKX offers strong protection like two-factor authentication and withdrawal safeguards, which makes me feel safer keeping funds on the platform. The customer support has also been helpful whenever I had questions, responding quickly and clearly. Another thing I appreciate is the variety of cryptocurrencies available and the relatively low fees compared to some other exchanges. The learning section and demo tools are great for people who are still getting familiar with trading. Overall, OKX is a reliable and user-friendly exchange that works well for both new and experienced users. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid crypto platform.
