The New Jewellery Retail segment comprises the retailing and wholesaling of gold, silver and jewellery products in the PRC. The Silver Exchange segment provides professional electronic platform, related services for silver trading and trading of silver ingots. The Fresh Food Retail segment integrates online-and-offline sales of fresh food and also provides related electronic platforms and branding and SaaS (software as a service) services along the agricultural supply chain. The company was founded by Chen Wan Tian in 2002 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
