After breaking out of the narrowing range at the start of April we are now beginning to move down and have infact broken below the 200MA. Keep in mind the 50MA is still above the 200MA so there is potential for a large up-wards move, but longer term I am looking lower for stocks. If we break the blue trendline currently around 8.75 then I am looking for a lower target of 6.
