Charts tell me there is more to go in this downtrend.. but I am starting to buy in my IRA accounts in small quantities and if it goes lower I'll buy more. At 9 P/E, 2.6% div yield and 100+ billion in cash - you can't really go wrong here *except* you just focus on charts that is ;)

A straight line is never a support. I would rather wait for a longer consolidation and prize stabilization since the stock has been in a downtrend for a long time now, it doesnt reverse that easily without supporting news.
