I dont see any real reason for this to not hit 602, S&P500 is flying again and will probably run till Christmas, does most years, it's how the hedge fund managers get their xmas bonuses sorted out :-)
Fiscal cliff is a non event, I don't usually trade AAPL but this ones a no brainer.
