Cup & Handle?? Long

Fairly amateur charter. but correct me if im wrong or any advice you have on this. Cheers

That is an acceptable C & H. You're accurately using the lower of the two sides of the cup, but consider drawing a line from the top edge of the left side of the cup (downward sloping) to the top edge of the right side of the cup. You might be surprised what you see, when price action fills in the blanks later. Also consider using the base close, not low to the top of the right edge close, rather than the high, of the cup, when you calculate your breakout targets. The two features I always look for is a build up of volume at the base of the cup (it's there; that's the industry buying up shares again) and average to below average (ideal) volume for the handle formation (look at that fall in volume after the right edge of the cup, not a lot of selling pressure). If these two features are missing, move on.
