@sp78601234, it's the standard target calculation for when price is in a bull flag. The length of the flag's pole should be placed on top of the flag on the moment price breaks out to the upside. It doesn't mean price will hit that exact target though.. it could be slightly less or even a lot more, remember TA is not always the exact truth , in fact TA in its whole is just an indicator on it's own ;) it's only 10% of a trader's job. At least, that's how i look at it. Hope this helps !
