@Ryecatcher, that is wrong sorry,a Symmetrical triangle takes at least 3 weeks to form and can last for months, if is less than 3 weeks it is considered a Pennant this one doesn't even have 3 days, pennants measurements are taking like a flag, from the top to the the end of the pole and not inside the pennant.
