Looking at the bigger picture, we’re tracking a 5-3-5 zigzag correction on ADA following the previous strong rally.
For those unfamiliar with Elliott Wave, this simply means the correction has three main parts:
• Wave A: five smaller waves down.
• Wave B: three smaller waves forming a recovery.
• Wave C: five smaller waves down to finish the correction.
On our count, waves A and B are complete, with ADA now working through wave C.
We currently have three waves down within C. The move we’re watching for next is a wave 4 recovery, followed by one final decline in wave 5 into the highlighted buy zone.
In simple terms: the current bounce may be a pause in the decline, with one more low still to come.
The buy zone sits between the 0.618 and 0.786 Fibonacci retracement levels, where it also meets the lower boundary of the descending channel. This gives us an area to watch for the correction to finish.
Completing wave C would also complete the larger wave (2), setting the stage for a potential wave (3) rally. The projected move illustrates that bigger-picture outlook, rather than an exact price path or timeline.
Our plan:
• Watch the wave 4 recovery develop.
• Look for a final fifth wave down into the buy zone.
• Wait for a bullish reaction and confirmation before looking for buys.
We plan the trade. You trade the plan.
Goodluck and as always, trade safe!
