When a trend starts from the top down and enters triangle is it considered a Bearish continuation ?
I hope not. Im waiting patiently to enter ADA Stochs on most time frames are high.

No, not necessarily. Symmetrical triangles are a 'Neutral' pattern. It depends on whether they break to the upside or downside as to their direction.
