@jbolduc, Love your question. The Top 5 is super competitive. Bitcoin will continue to reign king with no doubt about that. Regulators have confirmed it's a commodity so SEC rules don't apply. Institutions will be more comfortable dealing with Bitcoin and it will be their "onramp" to other tokens in the future. So BTC will remain at the top step for a long time. So now we are talking about positions 2-5. Keep your eye out for platform tokens to make real strides this year in adoption and use cases. So maybe we could see TRX sneak in the Top 5. If China and Hong Kong continue to make progress towards blockchain tech adoption via their fintech hubs watch for NEO and ADA. They are positioned perfectly in these markets. A lot of the top companies in China are quasi-sovereign in structure where the government owns more than 50% equity. We know the Chinese fintech and Gov't are keen on realizing blockchain technology and so adoption will come with backing. I expect NEO to eventually be chosen as one of several local projects. Not sure if it will be 2019, but keep an eye out for NEO/Ontology if a relationship does get announced. It will moon. One project many people don't know about but has an opportunity to hit automatic Top 10 right away will be the Bitcoin Hex project. Link is in my description just above. This will be the first ERC20 Bitcoin token that pays you interest for HODLing. Its marketed as the first time deposit cryptocurrency that rewards HODLers not miners. Very excited about that one. My deep sleeper that nearly 99% of people have written off is Paragon Coin. It was one of the projects along with Airfox that got penalized by the SEC for issuing securities during their ICO. I'm very bullish on cannabis industry (I'm not a user), but I appreciate peoples recreational and medicinal uses to compete against Big Pharma. Paragon opened their first co-working space / event space in LA Q4 2018 in Hollywood. They continue to fully rent their spaces and hold events despite their recent hiccup with the SEC. Their blockchain tech will monitor seed to sale tracking and will allow growers to satisfy regulations as this market grows as well as customer can scan a QR codes to evaluate what conditions the plant were growing in, if pesticides were used (important if you are seeking medicinal use case) and other factors. Just to be clear I currently only own Bitcoin.
