Accumulation is when price has no direction (indecision)
what usually happens in this phase is Orders are being Accessed and The market is Accumulating Liquidity.
Distribution is the movement of the market towards a bullish or bearish direction after an accumulation.
If the Bulls are in the market, we get a bullish distribution.
If Bears are in the market, we get a bearish Distribution.

@mineskijvxd, accumulation is where the candleticks move along but the price doesnt really rise or fall too much it just stays roughly the same - in a bull market (now) this is a positive sign as its seen kind of like a spring coiling up ready to jump (upwards hopefully)
