Company owns wpt World Poker tour, and has $105 million offer set to close end of April.
Owns Hyperx Esports Arena, a state of the art eports arena and first of its kind on the strip in Vegas.
Has had two offers for there wpt, one from Element Partners and one from Ballys Corporation. Element has highest bid , as of now, with the $105 mil offer.
Just reported 4th quarter and annual financial results but did not include wpt (which had revenues upwards of 5million) because of deal.
Short interest stands at 1.2 million with 1 day to cover according to fintel.
Not sure where this one goes but tons of opportunity.
