very hard to time the market, but if the diamond bottom lines are drawn slightly lower (taking spikes in account) this idea is still in play and breakout may "coincide" with the upcoming Algorand Community Governance (2021-10-01) which will likely reduce the number of ALGOs in circulation due to the quarterly stake commitment requirement (otherwise rewards lost).
