4-phase average down method. A method to always profit in bearish trend
This method is an improvement from earlier 2-phase average down where the dip-buying will help profiting when reversal.
The 4-phase average method accounts for heavy bearish trend and super bearish trend where the reversal is weak and we are not entered a bullish trend yet or later.
In the 2-phase method, we divided our trading capital into 2 equal parts where we bought at 2 different points.
In the 4-phase method, we divide our trading capital into 4 equal parts where we buy at 4 different points.
The first buying can always be at some arbitrary point where your indicator signals a buy, but somehow it lacks the volume and demand to keep pushing uptrend and building a bullish trend, so it drops and falls into a bearish trend.
The second buying is at the reversal. Note: It is important that you have your own method to identify a reversal.
