Shares are going to be diluted by 500 Million, it's good for AMC (really good for hedge funds bleeding capital), bad for investors. I'm speculating the management were getting nasty grams from the hedge funds, so a win/win situation was proposed and viola, hundreds of millions more shares, now the hedges can unwind their position and stop bleeding money. The investor gets wrecked, AMC probably going to 2 bucks again.

You see another Shut down coming?I do not unless they can show a new strain of COVID is causing rapid hospitalization They are opening
sporting arenas now to 20-25% capactity including baseball April 1st.

@Eggo4u, I don't know any more than you do, but I've been watching fauci cry about variants and masks forever, so I'm thinking we may have another plandemic. The media acts as stool pigeons for whatever the elite want to put us through, so it's not hard to feign another plandemic. Hospitals are $incentivized$$ to find more viral victims, so stubbed toes and bandaids as well as everything else will start to count towards new infections; whenever they want to scare us into submission, there's all kinds of levers they can pull to put everyone back into fear mode again.
All I was saying was, it seems like they may want to do the same thing again.
