IMO there's a superficial resemblance to a H&S but the important elements are missing.
1. An existing uptrend.
2. A breaking of the uptrend.
3. Formation of a neckline.
4. Reduced volume at each peak.
5. Finally, a breaking of the neckline.
Take a look at the AAPL H&S from earlier in the year. It was a classic H&S pattern and played out as if it was written in a textbook.

It’s certainly there but be careful shorting with such bullish momentum. If we can find support above 94.4 and bounce, the H&S is invalidated.
