Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has been trading under Higher Highs, while the 1D RSI has been on Lower Highs since April 24, which is a technical Bearish Divergence.
Last time we saw this after a similar +200% rally was in October 2025. What happened then was when the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) broke, the price turned sideways until it reached its 1D MA200 (orange trend-line).
We may see a similar development if we break below the 1D MA50 again and if this time it's not sideways but with more selling pressure, the market may test the 1D MA200 around $335.
