Bullish flag. Every single textbook sign. 39.10 today spring board to 45. Get out now if you are short. Sharp parabolic move, back to all time high area, 40 test in 2000, 2006, and 2019. Completely different fundamentals this time. Maybe the half day Friday will be the low volume day this start the 40+ run again.

Bad news for everybody. It is a bullish flag pattern and everything changed after the 41.76 high and it traded differently. Consolidation from 41.76 to 39.10. This is the breakout and load up point. See you at 48 by X-mas.

@drchelsea, Possible, but I still see the odds heavily in the bears favor on the 1 day. 15M is still a giant descending wedge. Not saying this can't be a bull flag, but I don't think it is.

Right now bears have a rejection from EMA 9, bear cross of MACD and down trending RSI. Also if you zoom out you see this has all happened before.
Guess well see once 38.70 breaks ;)

To be honest:
Your bullish outlook prompted me to check out what is going in the product world of AMD. Well, to be honest the news for their most recent processor line VS Intel says continuation would be likely. They have a faster and cheaper processor. AMD is the clear LEADER now in terms of tech to cost, but we should expect Intel to push something out.
This entire run could be an overreaction from the news release of that truth, or it could be a shift in the landscape.

@Noxtreme, extraordinary. These multiple people calling for multiple short entries have ALL been dead wrong. Not only wrong, but painfully wrong in the matter of weeks and sometimes days. If any investor here acted upon this advice they would have been hurt, and hurt badly. Every single one of these people advocating to short this company have all missed the boat when it comes to the new technology being brought to the market. If you trade on charts and graphs alone, and do not understand the future potential of disruptive technology then you are doing yourself and others a great disservice. It is not just about calling the next move correctly, it is understanding that sales, progress, uptake, and the relationship of your comparative advantage and what it means to the market ALL matter. I give this poster credit, at least he admitted the shortcomings of his prediction. Not true for many here. "or it could be a shift in the landscape"........Ya think?
