I think if you start the trend line from that second bottom , you can see the retest area if it breaks above the high(s).
I was thinking if it tests and then fails from there, yeah, your line looks like a next healthy target.

@ewh8891, yup ! i did draw 3 different trend lines initially, but i just wanna make sure it touches my horizontal trend line as well. just my assumption. i'm not a pro like you XD
