You need something that can measure of the candle sticks high level push (green candles tick up with good volume) and then also the candlestick pull back levels, along with low volume (see how the volume sticks slowly tick down?). You example seems a bit bearish (long red candlestick), but you get a double bottom which is bullish (another nice indicator). I'm looking for this exact thing, but I've yet to find it. :(
