1. MACD gives indications that bullish candlesticks start becoming less bigger than the previous ones; which might indicate that bulls are less in control. However the last two ones are becoming bigger, for that reason it might be possible that price actions continue to grow a little bit more and a better short could be considered higher
2. Prices are still in consolidation between different price levels. (support and demand)
3. Uptrend ascending triangle chart pattern. Which might again provide a more certain outcome of uptrend break-out
