APHA at 10 going into earnings. Solid resistance just below 10.90. Setting brackets. Thoughts?

Note they have been acquired by TLRY already... APHA earnings this Thursday... if they announce substantial deal approval from a regulatory perspective... the 18% discount to TLRY offer will close.

EDIT - basically this is a way to ride the TLRY wave with a 18% discount.
