If it passes the bearish line it's time for a short position, and if it passes the bullish line it's time for the Long position, the price targets are on the chart.
This one is going to $5 near term and $10-13 after FDA approval

@mykohph, sorry for late update, I trade this two times, when it hit my bullish and bearish lines. usually I don't wait it hits my target, I close based on market real-time flow.
