Breaking out below 6.25 could bring this down all the way to 4's but a breakout of a upper channel or a reversal is due to happen. Breaking 6.5 could set this up in the bullish direction.

Nice find. I think this setup is bearish so am long August puts which incorporates earnings on 6th August. I'm not willing to be short this stock as could easily shoot in the other direction as you point out!
