ARPA - One of the most bullish coins!

Here we have ARPA with an amazing set up, we are looking forward to a move up to 0.05 where we would be watching for a flip of the resistance. If that ends up flipping our eyes will be set on 0.09 where we would take profits. In the midterm we can see this coin going for 0.20 or so but for now let's focus on the first 2 targets.
