I agreed, I want to mention that, when it hits the target around ~4.90, then we have 2 other scenarios, 1- shorts will cover their positions and it push price much higher, short positions are between 3.5 and 5, more than 40% of daily volume are shorts, 2-it's target price based on analysts in wallstreet journals, cnn money, yahoo finance is around 6.50$ that make sense,
This company have 2 products that are on the list for FDA approval, if they get approval TP1 ~ 12 and TP2 ~over 200$

@shkspr, Why would not get approved? It is a nasal spray in which does not have damaging side affects according to phase-1 results. I've seen worst been approve by FDA LOL!
