I haven't run this in my own chart, but I see that you're using Bollinger bands and was wondering if you've checked out the BB% indicator?
Just looking at what you have here, you may want to see how long it rides the lower BBand before going long, or speaking in BB% terms, wait for a cross up.

I also looked at the divergence with the stochastic. This confirms my view. I agree with your suggestion though that we may watch how long it rides the lower BBand. At the same time, I see a resistance and I hope it will bounce from there . Thanks for giving your valuable opinion.
