for learning purposes, could you share once you identified the pattern and knows that you want to buy at point D and the distance from where the price action is now to D is still quite far away. would you take a short to ride along or just wait? i also find your 9 candle bars fractual theory interesting though determining the profit taking point and stop loss can be tough without using Fibonacci. is there any books you recommend me to read up? many thanks

Hello, dchua1969. I don't have any clue about the probability of riding short towards the completion of the patterns. Trading is business for me, not gambling. You might have guessed already what is my recommendation... As for books: Trade what you see, Market wizzards 1 and 2, One good trade, Trading in the zone, Harmonic trader 1 and 2, Trading with Alexander Erlder. It is a standard collection. Also, follow tradeempowered guys: Jason Stapletone, Akil Stokes, Charles Miles and Jason Graystone. They have Youtube channels and share tons of useful stuff in the videos. Just go to their site of tradeempowere.com and click learning section. It is absolutely free.
