@arrowminds, This pattern is not harmonic. "will it go up or down based on your harmonic pattern software?" - your question is to vague to answers. It seems to me that you don't quite understand what you are asking.
Maybe, you wanted to ask "Is there a higher probability for price to exceed the X-point vs. moving the same distance in opposite direction based on you market research that you made with your software?"
My answer is: "Based on my market research there's a higher probability to exceed the X-point"
