I'm not sure of the short side here, I'd be inclined to think it's a long still, since NZDUSD has been a worse performer vs the dollar for a while.

I'm not sure I agree, simple, the chart is in an uptrend for the most part.

It's set up as an uptrend, and has many signs of strength. There are better things to short. I don't see it making it to your target at all.

I remembered this trade and shorted it, when it did a double top with a lower low.. Good trade btw
