i think you might want to check your chart one more time. i just took a look for myself and it looks nothing like what you have on here. i see a potential bat pattern forming, but it is not forming from the initial high. it begins to form from the first lower high. the point B barely taps the 50% level. just take a quick look one more time.

you mean X point should be Right shoulder?
I myself sometime ignore first lower high (or higher low) on harmonic pattern.
