@Donajor8, it's pretty simple: when the ADX on the bottom of the chart is rising (you can set an alert for rising or falling) take your trade in the direction of the ribbon on top (red/green) supported by the fast/slow turtle triangle trade indicators. The Donchian Channel and Thunder & Lightning Clouds are for visual confirmation. If you google "Ichimoku Thunder and Lightning Clouds" you will find a Forex Factory PDF link that has tons of valuable information! Hope this helps! My favorite time frame is the 5 min, but can use in any!
